Your ordinary life isn’t ordinary.
Authentic family photography in Bucks County, Philadelphia, PA and Central New Jersey for families who want to remember what real life felt like.

Hi, I’m Alisa Tantsyreva
(but most people know me as Alisa Tant).
A family photographer, storyteller, and someone who truly believes that the moments we call ordinary often become the ones we miss the most.I don’t just document families. I help them notice the beauty that was there all along.
My Story
I was born in Russia into a family where different cultures lived under one roof.
My mom is half Russian and half Ukrainian. My dad is Tatar and Bashkir.
Growing up between different traditions taught me something I still carry into every session: every family has its own language, its own traditions, and its own way of loving each other.
At sixteen I left home.
I earned two university degrees, worked in banking, organized events, tried completely different careers, and spent years searching for work that actually felt meaningful.
Then photography found me.
Not the other way around.

From Russia → Vietnam → USA
Life took us across countries.
We moved to Vietnam with nothing but cameras and hope.
Later we built a successful photography business in Russia from scratch.
Years later we left everything behind again and moved to the United States to start over.
Looking back, I realized something.
Houses stay behind.
Cars stay behind.
Jobs stay behind.
But photographs travel with you.
Today almost everything from our previous life exists only because we photographed it.
That’s one of the reasons I believe family photography matters so much.

Why Family Photography?
Having my daughter changed everything. I finally understood what parents truly want. People often think they’re waiting for life to begin.
After they lose weight.
When work gets easier.
When the kids grow up.
When they buy a bigger house.
But life is already happening.
The little hugs.
The messy breakfasts.
The laughter.
The chaos.
One day, these “ordinary” moments become the ones we miss the most.
That’s why I photograph families.
Because I want people to realize how extraordinary their life already is.

Why Families Choose Me
You’ll Never Have to Apologize for Your Kids
I’m a mom too.
I know real family life isn’t quiet or perfectly organized.
Your children don’t need to behave for me.
They only need to be themselves.
See how this shows up in real family sessions
Before becoming a family photographer, I spent years working as a teacher, a summer camp counselor, and a children’s event host. Those years taught me how to earn children’s trust naturally, turn nervousness into laughter, and help even shy kids feel comfortable.
So instead of asking children to smile, I simply let them be kids.
Your Life Doesn’t Need to Look Like Instagram
You don’t need matching outfits.
Perfect children.
A spotless home.
Or a Pinterest-perfect family.
You already have everything you need.
Love.
Connection.
A story worth remembering. Because years from now, you won’t miss the perfect pose.
You’ll miss how this season of your life actually felt.
When Life Happens
Children cry…The weather changes.Dogs steal the spotlight…Toddlers have meltdowns.
Parents feel stressed.
Take a deep breath.
You don’t have to fix anything.
I’ll guide you through the session, adapt to whatever happens, and keep everything relaxed.
Because the most meaningful family photographs are rarely the perfectly planned ones.
They’re the honest ones.
You Don’t Have to Wonder If You’re Choosing the Right Photographer
These moments happen only once.
Your baby will never be this little again.
Your children won’t always reach for your hand.
That’s why choosing a family photographer isn’t just about beautiful pictures.
It’s about trusting someone with memories you’ll never be able to recreate.
My work has been featured internationally, but what matters most is this:
Families trust me with the moments they can never relive.
And I never take that responsibility lightly.
One day, someone asked me what I enjoy photographing more: weddings or families. And I answered: I love capturing love in all its forms.
Let’s Tell Your Story together
